1. Concept Design Phase

• review and assessment of existing conditions by the consultant team
• review and confirmation of park vision, design principles, issues and opportunities, and program of park activities and uses
• preparation of draft design concepts and alternatives for discussion
• design refinement leading to a preferred concept

2. Detailed Design Development Phase

• refinement of preferred concept, with an assessment of costing and implementation considerations
• preparation of tender documentation for park construction

3. Park Tendering Phase

4. Park Construction Phase

An extensive community consultation process is currently in place, and the community will continue to be engaged in the development of a Revitalization Plan for this park.
